My aperture gets caught.

It probably happens 7/10 times the aperture tries to open and will remain that way. I can tap the top of the phone and it resets but it's still a nuisance.

Get it repaired of replaced. It's clearly a mechanical fault, so there's no other solution, and the phone is new and so you shouldn't have to put up with it.
