Help My apps at play store

When I go to my apps at play store I have apps I don't know what they are like FWUpgrade. How do u know if the are important. I've disabled chat on as I never us it. I wish I could delete it completely.

here take a look at this excel file it gives information abt all the processes running on the phone and which are safe to remove and which are not. ALso if u want to remove the apps u would need to be rooted.
