My apps running Icon diapered.

My apps running icon diapered. I have searched diligently under apps, even went to application manager and looked around. I used this app to shut down all running apps. It was on the phone when i Purchased it.

What exactly do you mean "icon diapered"?

I can't find it anywhere. I used it all the time. I would shutdown all running applications before quitting my phone. It's nowhere on the my screens nor is it any of the application screens. I don't know if it's a T Moble app or Samsung placed it on the phone.
