How do I get my bar back. I'm lost with out it

Your bar? Navigation bar? Need to be more specific.

If by "bar" you mean statusbar your system ui may have crashed or closed. You should restart the phone by taking out the battery or holding the power button until it powers off and powering it back on. Best of luck!
If it still doesn't show please tell us your phone and if you're using a custom rom or stock rom.
