My battery is having issues please help

I have been having issues with my phone. It will die at Like, 60 or 70 or just recently 90% battery and then when I turn it back on it's at 0. It's always when I'm using something like Facebook or Snapchat. The phone lags and then all of a sudden it dies. Please help.

Facebook or Snapchat can easily consume electricity , it's as if you're looking at a video on your phone, and it's going to be much faster than normal

Sounds like the battery might be kaput, especially if shutting down at 60%-90% and with heavy loads like FB, and so could be it needs replacing.
