My bluetooth headphones wont stream music?

Every time i connect my headphones ,i know cause theres a beeping noise, theres no music coming through. I charged them multiple times to no avail.
They're Xqisit headphones and i've only had em a couple days.
Any suggestions as to what i should do?

Are you using a music player on your phone to stream?

Go into the phone's Bluetooth settings and check that the headphones are definitely connected for Media audio.

Yes but its the one that was originally on the phone.

They are i turned it on and off a couple times too just to make sure
