My Coffee Card

This app was abandoned by the developer and I was wondering if anyone was going to, or could create an app identical to it?

Can someone please create an app identical to this one? My Coffee Card is still available but has been abandoned by the dev and no longer works correctly. The pro version costs 1.99 and many people including myself have bought the pro version so I'm sure there is some $$ to be made.
