Help My computer doesn't recognize my phone anymore.

Hello. I have a problem with my phone. Whenever I plug my phone into my computer, it never notices mt phone is plugged in. My phone also refuses to show the notification regarding it is a "USB Mass Storage Device". I have searched all over the Internet for this, and nothing has worked. Please help!!

Tried another USB cable, also try a different USB port as well.

Did you just upgrade to 6.0 by any chance?

I might add to reboot the computer, reboot the device, update drivers, remove/reinstall drivers, reboot phone while connected to computer...not in any specific order

No. My phone is running version 5.1.1.

did your computer's port is working properly? if not test the port from nearest shop.
