Help My computer is not recongnizing me android device!!!

Hey android forums users!!
Every time that i connect my device to my laptop(for some reasons you don't need to know).....
It does not pop-up on "My computer"
I have all drivers installed,usb debugging mode enabled,phone rooted,all mass storage devices mounted on my phone!!!
AND on my phone it does not show like the message "connected as media/storage device!!!!!!!
WHAT CAN I DOOOOOOOOOOO
HELPPPPPPPPPPPP MEEEEEEEEEEEE
AND the only time that my laptop recongnizes it....is when i go on odin to flash a rom or reroot it cuz cuz the root sometimes gets lost so i have to reflash it...
WHAT CAN I DO SOMEONE HELP MEEEE

Which phone do you own?

What do you need it to talk to the PC for? If you need to transfer files etc? Is wirelessly using something like Airdroid an option?
