My contacts are disappearing!

A few of my contacts have been disappearing, I have "Back my settings up" on, but it doesn't seem to help. Anyway I can get my contacts back without asking? Or anyway I can prevent it? Thank you.

I also have contacts disappearing - at least a dozen so far. I'm syncing with Exchange 2003. All the contacts that have disappeared have been in my address book for a long time. I have no idea what is causing them to disappear.
