"My Country" for Android Data Move

Anyone had to move to a new phone and know how to move the data for the My Country game? I have a lot of time invested in the game but I'm on a new phone and I can't find the data files! They don't seem to be on the SD Card.

Can someone help that knows how to do this?

if your phone is rooted you can backup the data with "titanium backup", copy the files to your new phone and restore it. that should do the trick
