My data not budging

My data usage bar is not budging. Period. I have been to FB at least 3 times and viewed a few pictures. My usage is at .001 o 4 gigs. Is there anything wrong?

You using your wifi when not out of your home, and if you are out of your home, is your wifi on and connecting to local wifi network? This will impact on your data usage.

Mine sometimes doesn't auto update, as well. When you click on "My Verizon", it will update it.

When I log into my account on VZW.com it's very accurate! Not sure why yours isn't moving when logged in.

Did you mean the widget? Read about it, can take 24 hours + to update on that stupid thing.

Your name is also your primary number 5555555555 in that format. pwd reset or sign up new!

VZW doesn't always update usage instantly. Sometimes it's a day behind.

Wish my usage was that low..probably used at least 300 MB today(Off work with the kids).
