Apps my device is not supported

Hi good afternoon.,

my android app is successfully worked on my emulator.but it is not worked on my android samsang device.both version are same only.

it shows my android console window:

09-13 12:24:14.815: D/SntpClient(59): request time failed: java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol

also displayed this error on my android device:

ERROR:java.net.socketexception.the operation timedout
