My e-mail wont load all of my e-mail..help?

Ok..so i just got a replacement for my Droid Eris and I set up my two e-mail accounts, hotmail and yahoo, and when my Mail app was loading my e-mails..it only loaded 2 e-mails from my hotmail..and four from my Yahoo!..I know i have about twenty e-mails in each account..so why didnt it load them?

Check the settings, I think the default is to only show emails received in the last 3 days. If the other emails are older than they wouldn't show up, but you can change the settings to display as many as you want.
