Hi everyone.
I just wanted to relate my experience with a non-OEM extended battery on my Droid Incredible. Maybe someone will find this useful.
The extended battery cover is a full thickness cover, meaning that it doesn't just bubble out where the battery is. This is great because it keeps the phone looking more natural and less awkward. I do now average about 2 days on a charge, so that's good.
The two things I wanted to point out really is that 1) the phone actually feels more natural when using it. The added weight makes it feel a bit more solid and just more comfortable when holding and handling. 2) The extra thickness protected my phone from a water spill on the kitchen counter. Since the phone itself was raised up, none of the main components got wet. The way the backing was made with the camera and LEDs part being indented, no water got into it. With the original cover and battery, it may have been a different story.
