my font is messed up

i fell asleep with my phone in my bed and now my font is messed up, and l keep changing it, but nothing is making any differences

With no details on just what you mean by 'messed up' nor a screen capture, it's unlikely you'll be able to get any kind of definitive suggestions or help.
Is it now too large? Too small? Not formatting correctly so words are overlying on top of other words? Are you referring to the font used for the icons and menus of your phone's screens? Or is this about the font you use in a text editor or web browser app?
Please provide a more descriptive query.

no matter what i do, nothing changes it back to default, i even got a font app but even that isn't changing the font back to normal

also as you can see only some text is affected, so i don't know what i have to do to fix it

i also did reset all my app settings, but that didn't fix it

i just fixed it, it was high contrast mode, but seems like resetting all my settings would have fixed it, ok well thanks
