Help My galaxy just died. HELP :(

A couple of days ago my Galaxy S kept giving me a screen saying

UID unstable and to wipe my data partition? I have no idea what this means but the phones been going well slow recently.

Its fully charged etc. And now the phone wont turn on, It gets to the Galaxy S logo then thats it, Black screen after that and the buttons are lit up.

Obviously I cant turn my phone on at all here so was wondering how to perform a factory reset.
 
Hi there can you use the 3 button technique to get into recovery mode?

Basically hold down the volume down key, then the home key and finally the power button and keep them pressed until the Galaxy S logo appears and keep holding until it goes into recovery mode, which looks like this:

You will be able to do a factory reset from there, using the volume rocker to go up and down and the home button to select.
 
That doesnt seem to be working :/

For a second a yellow triangle appeared with the stick man in and said downloading....

It dissapeared when i left go of the buttons though and I cant get to that screen again now
 
press the volume button down and hold it, then press the home button(middle button) and hold, now press the power button and hold, all whilst the phone is off, and just hold these three and see if you get to the screen i showed you in the image in my last post.

Ok phones ok now, all numbers back on after reset but no apps.

Ok so I thought Id just go into my market place and redownload them.

Nope, My phone wont log into my google account, Even tried sorting a new log in, Says something wrong with data service but there isnt, I can use net fine and T-mobile say its fine. called them up one of their experts went through loads of settings and nothing. Not even T-Mobile can help.

So now I cant connect to google and cant get my apps :/
 
hmm so it wont let you add a google account in the market setup? i had this issue not to long ago, cant quite remember how i solved it.

If you have a youtube account/ a google email you login into youtube with, download the youtube app though you should have it already and sign into that with the google account, it should then add your google account to the phone bypassing having to do it in the market signup.
 
Hello,

As Mentioned I CANT download any apps as I cant sign in to my MARKET place with my usual google account nor can I create a new one.

Luckily I already have youtube app on there as it comes standard.

I CAN sign into my youtube account using the same google details (user/pass) that you would use for market that uses that email BUT Even though my youtube account is signed in..... Market still wont
