Hello guys, anyone can help me about my problem. My galaxy young's speaker is not working when i am playing my Music and Videos but its working when i am putting my call on Loudspeaker and when i am receiving my messages. Please Help me about it. It's the first phone i bought by my own money so its really important to me. Please help me.:(:(
 
Have you tried a different media player, just in case the default one is acting funky. Try resetting the phone to factory defaults as well. Another thing that might seem a bit obvious, have you checked that the volume is turned up in the media player?
