Help my GN 10.1 IS not working anymore!

hi

i have rooted my GN10.1 and somehow i forgate and updated it ,, now its not working and only showing SAMSUNG in blue light that goes and back


i have tried to formate it but that didnt work ,,,

Not sure what GN is but if it's Galaxy Note you're in the wrong forum. If it's some variant of Galaxy Tab you need to download your stock firmware from somewhere like sammobile.com and flash using ODIN.

I suggest you do plenty of research before attempting it.
