Help my google page is now a search, how do I change it back?

I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 10.1 @ Verizon. I made a search on Google and it somehow became my Google homepage. I tried to edit the page and it won't let me. I tried to delete the Google bookmark and add it back, but when I try I get a message that I cannot do it.

While I'm at it, my Microsoft Outlook webmail page won't scroll down to allow me to read all my e-mails. My Samsung Charge will even let me do that.

Any suggestions you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Open the browser and hit the Menu icon in the upper right corner, tap on Settings, tap on the first option "Set homepage" and put whatever website address you want in there.

Or you can set your homepage to show your most often visited websites instead of a regular homepage if you want - go into the same settings and tap on Labs menu on the left, then tap on "Most Visited Homepage" checkbox to enable it.

I don't use Outlook so I can only presume it has something to do with how you're scrolling? Do you need to scroll inside the page rather than the page itself?
