My hotspot is not working

Please help my hotspot ANd Bluetooth is not working

Well hotspot could be blocked by your carrier. If it's not, can you give more details as to what happens?
And Bluetooth, can you give more details, what errors come up, does the device show up when scanning for devises ect.
