My htc Incredible is not turning on!

Hey,Does anyone know what is wrong with my phone, it is a htc Incredible and it is not turning on... i have left it on charge for 24 hours, taken the battery out for 60 seconds and still nothing will work. Sometimes, when it is on charge the orange LED battery light will show up but most of the time it wont. i left it off for 48 hours and it just vibrated about 8 times then nothing happened.
i dont know if its an overload or i just need a new battery.

First, replaced the batt. If problem persists, try using a different charger or get the device checked out.

Take the phone into your carrier store, and have them test the batter out, could be battery related or the charger could be bad and as Rush mention it may not be charging your phone properly
