I was in a WhatsApp call then my phone shut down, when I turned it on again it took so long and when it was turned on, I couldn't play any song or any sound at all including notifications sound. It also doesn't read any SIM card. I turned it off for a while and tried to turn it on again but it wasn't helpful. Can anybody tell me what to to, please?
