Help My IDEOS can't go online

Hi,
My phone suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. Either through WiFi or through my phone network. That's all apps including the browser.
Though any app. I've restored to factory settings but still not working.
Would really appreciate some help!

I have the same problem. One day I could access the internet/market. The next day nothing. I unistalled any apps I had installed around that time but still no connection.
Please someone, really need some help.

Sounds like it's in airplane mode. You might also check your APN.

heres all u need to do:

while the phones on take the battery out for 30 seconds (better to leave for a minute to be safe) then put the battery back in and turn the phone on and all should be good

i have the same problem and i have tried what you have said but it hasn't worked... is there a way to connect to the internet that is in my computer through a usb cable to my phone? thank you...

hi guys... i sorted out the wi-fi and phones internet problem... for the wi-fi, just make sure the password is correct as well as the network u r connecting to... make sure also u have turned on the wi-fi option...

for the phone internet, the problem is definitely the APN settings, when you install new firmware/ reset the phone, the APN settings may get erased, so you have to input the values in again and your phone will pick internet.

this is what i did and my phone can connect both networks. hope this is helpful to some one all the best...
