If the imei is null then that's a Samsung. Unless you've got a backup of your imei you made before rooting I'd be reluctant to say how it can be restored. The other main reason for a null imei is the phone's been reported stolen.
If you've a TWRP backup (like @Shotgun84 mentioned, restore the Persist & EFS partitions). If no backup available, you're the new owner of a WiFi-only device
