Root My IMEI, MIN & Mobile number are all showing all 0's

My IMEI, MIN and mobile number are all showing 00000. I am not sure how this happened but how can I get them back to normal?

Also I cannot seem to get any com ports to show up for the phone when I try to access it.

I'm not familiar with your device, but you should be able to reprogram in the MEID, it's under your battery on a sticker. The MIN might also be there, if not on the box the phone came with. If you do not have the box, contact your carrier and ask for it. You should be able to reprogram it back in via the phone or you might have to use QPST. There should be a few guides around the internet, but a lot of them deal with phone cloning, which we won't allow links to on these forums.

You probably got your IDs reset after flashing a particular ROM. This isn't the first time that I've heard of it, but it is rare.

We don't have any roms yet. Thanks for the tips though. I own a licensed copy of DFS which will allow similar programming.
