Hi everyone,
I am a Software engineer from Denmark, having worked in the Telecom industry for more than 11 years.
I am hosting a pet free-time project, which started out as a frontend to MPlayer, the popular Player Engine, running on many different platforms. I found that it was one of the few audio players that could properly play WMA-files on Linux.
However there didn't seem to be any good front-end to it, that I liked.
I was used to Winamp on Windows, which has been ported very poorly to Linux, so I decided as part of a JAVA self-study project, to write a new Winamp-like frontend for MPlayer.
That resulted in Klactoveedsedstene, named after a famous Charlie Parker tune.
After I got my HTC Desire phone last year, I decided to port the application to Android, a project that was fulfilled two days ago, and which is now published in the Android Market.
I will announce the app in a separate thread.
Yours
