Help My LG G Vista does everything but make phone calls.

So i've had my phone for about 6 months now. About a week after i purchased it i realized that sometimes i could not make calls, i would have full bars but it would not work. I thought, whatever big deal, so it doesn't make phone calls sometimes. This would happen about 1-2 times a week that i would notice About 2 months later it got worse. anyways. I called Verizon and they said they could replace it if there were absolutely no marks or scratches. i dropped it the week before that and it got a little scuffed up on the corner. Verizon will not take it. So anyways, i have to make calls about every ten minutes until it decides to work. i will call, it will say "dialing..." then nothing for about 30 seconds. i will get the call ended beep, no dropped connection or anything. its extremely annoying and i hope someone can help me with it.

It sounds very much like it could be faulty, has problems, and is getting worse. And nothing you can do about it yourself, it needs repair or replacement. How long is the warranty period, 90 days or one year. If you think it's under warranty and they're giving you a runaround about scratches, seek legal advice possibly.

I know this is an old thread, but I had a similar issue with my Nexus 6p recently. Most of the time I could make calls without issue, but recently it got to the point were anytime I tried to call out it would immediately say "call ended."
After some troubleshooting I found that if I disabled the enhanced calling, enabled VOIP\HD Calling calls, I could immediately begin making phone calls as normal again. I then toggled it back on and was still able to make phone calls.
Unfortunately I'm not sure if it will happen again since I've had this feature enabled on my line for years and on this phone for over a year wi
