my lg stylus 2 is on boot loop , and without the charger plugged in it doesnt even do that ,it keeps on restarting doesnt even go to the hard reset option it just keeps on bootlooping

First of all have you modified any software on that device from its original state, rooting,, custom ROM Etc?

nothing someone told me to chnage the battery i got a new one it worked fine for one day now its back on bootloop ,without charger plugged in it doesnt even go there

So what does it do with the charger plugged in?

it hows battery charging then it restarts . and then it shows the same battery charging icon and repeat rarely goes to the logo even now

OK try to do the factory reset at that point.
