My LG Venice touchscreen isn't working?

My LG Venice touchscreen isn't working, what to do? My carrier is boost and i lost on what to do. I TURNED IT OFF AND BACK ON. I TOOK THE BATTERY AND THE SIM CARD OUT. WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO...........................HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It could be a hardware problem (failed digitizer), but if it's not then a factory reset will fix it. However, you will lose all your data, apps, settings, etc. Instructions are found here:
