"My Market" app?

I was browsing through the most downloaded apps and I found the app "My Market" from socialtap. They claim it allows you to download apps from other cellphone providers. I was intrigued but it requires access to my account.

Anyone ever used it before? Is it legit? I'm nervous about it...

I'm skeptical of it. I wasn't even able to access the app's "Official Page." Probably something to steer clear of.

Yeah, I too am skeptical, it's got a ton of downloads though.
