My mobile does not accept incoming calls

A few words for me. I live in Athens, Greece. I am Mechanical Engineer and Iam 54 years old. My name is Panos.



I have mobile phone Samsung SIII I930. I bought it last week. Today my phone cannot accept incoming calls. When somebody calls me my phone replies with a message indicating that my phone is occupied by other call.
Yesterday it was working perfectly. I suspect that maybe i have changed some settings phone but I don't know what settings have been changed.
Can you lelp me?
