Do you mean that you've forgotten your lockscreen password or PIN? Or have you installed some other privacy app?
I'm asking because the term "privacy protection password" isn't one I've met before, so I don't know whether this is some app or whether the manufacturer has changed the wording of the standard message.
Regardless of the answer, the more detail you can provide about the current state of the phone and how it got that way the easier it will be for someone to give you an answer - there are different ways a phone can be locked, so just saying it is locked doesn't tell us everything we need to know.

To fix your issue you need to unlock it with your pin no other way
