my mobile network isn't working

[Android Question]

I have Samsung s3 ... I had the phone for a year now
but last month we traveled and my phone wasn't hocking up with the hotel wireless.. so I played alot in the setting but if hocked up eventually
but the problem is that when I got back to my country the mobile network is not working ... I called the mobile network but the told me everything was ok .. but it is still not working
I dont know what I did wrong but HELP !!

Have you put the SIM card from your home country's carrier back in the phone?

I didn't switch it... its the same

Have you rebooted the phone since you've been home? You may need to take it in to your local carrier's store and have them reset the settings.

Did you let your carrier know you were traveling overseas before you left?

Sometimes if you don't notify them, they will "lock out" your phone when it starts roaming on an overseas network. They will have to unlock your phone from the network side to allow it to operate on your home network again.

my phone got a massage saying its change
and I have done rebooting million of times but nothing changes
you know the (E) and the (3G) sign that shows at the top of the screen is not showing for me
