My phone keeps freezing up after it goes thru the Sprint Logo and gets to the Samsung logo. Any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it?

try turning phone off, take battery out, then reload and start over. Try it once or twice.

I took the battery out a couple times and even pulled my SD card out but it still wont work.try turning phone off, take battery out, then reload and start over. Try it once or twice.

too late to call sprint - I am a newbie and out of suggestions, sorry.
I am assuming it has a good battery charge - I have heard this phone can get squirrely with less than 15% charge - I have had several issues and freezes already.

think so - customer service has pretty long hours, till 10 or 11 pm atlanta time - I was on the phone with them a few nights ago.
