My new Droid Maxx from Hell

I am a Page Plus customer and just recently purchased a M Droid Maxx off of ebay. Excellent condition...very gently used. I'm finding my only hope is to have it activated by Verizon and pay 50% more a month through Verizon in order to get the same service I had with Page Plus. Any hope of Flashing this new droid to Page Plus? I heard it's a no go. Feel free to email me. Love the phone but not the hefty price Verizon wants monthly. Sorry, I'm new here. Where do I go to ask help from expert Droid Maxx users???
