Backup your installed apps and content such as contacts and messages, media files etc.
Then use the pc companion software to update your phone (firmware update).
Even if you get the same version it will overwrite the one you've got that's failing some how.
If this doesn't solve the problem, return the phone to the dealer you baught it from and claim a new one.
