My new s3 is dying!

This am it intermittently runs so slow it can take a minute or more to respond to a simple action. Multiple resets by removing the battery and mSD card hasn't helped. They told me they'd exchange it.

Anybody else had this problem?

Have you done a factory reset on it yet?
 
Haven't done a factory reset. It just finally froze. It'd boot into the lock screen and wouldn't respond to any input. Verizon replaced it tonight.
