my new toy needs some compimentary headphones

I just picked up an htc legend and I'm excited to use it to it's full potential. I'm a pretty active guy and would prefer behind the head or in ear style.

I've read about the jaybird freedom, backbeat 903, sony mm200 as well as others.

are any headsets and or applications that would allow me to dictate commands through the headphones such as "call john" or answer the phone" what about the text to speech.

I'm willing to spend a lot. would go for wired if they met the criteria

after further research, I am now noticing that this is a major issue with android phones and is seriously making me consider returning my phone.
