The "solution" is to punt that peice of garbage. Mine will not give me private notifications. No matter what I do the only way I can keep if from making a noise when a message coems in is to turn the speaker off. It turns on my message indicator for my regular SMS txt and if I have an audable notifcation set for the regular SMS, when on comes into the vault, I get two audable notifications. I have been back and forth with them about it and they know they have a problem and just keep thaking me for my patience but do not offer a soultion and want me to the "loyal" to their products in the future. I have been trying to get them to reimburse me because it simply doesn't work properly on the latest android OS. THey act like it's really not that big a deal?????? It does not do what it's advertised to do and it is useless to me. Anyway...sorry for the rant...just makes me mad every time I think about it. Good luck!!
