Help My OTT box display looks different

I bought an OTT Box fully loaded had everything downloaded to it...I mean everyyyything and now not only is the display different..It dont show any listings like before...and now it says tvaddons powered by kodi on the main screen...Where did all my extra channels go and why is the display nothing like it was before?
I fell asleep watching a movie and when I woke up everything was different.Could someone please explain to me what happened? Im really bummed

Could be it crashed and reset and dumped the "fully loaded" stuff, whatever that is? Possibly it's faulty or has quality issues. You've just bought it, probably be best to return it under warranty for replacement or refund.
