My own Error Code 67?

Early Jan: I booked two nights at a hotel, directly through that hotel's website. Right after that, from out of nowhere, I notice that hotels.com charged me about five times that amount. I disputed it with my bank.

Mid Jan to late Feb: they rescinded that charge pretty fast but kept investigating and investigating and... they eventually succumbed. Then, no surprise, I had to launch a new Visa card and shred the old one.

Early March: I couldn't do web on my phone due to 'Error Code 67.' I figured that Stray Talk was going dopey so I waited a couple days. I wasn't making any calls then either, so I didn't even notice that my phone was not a phone anymore.

Today: it finally occurred to me that Stray Talk is the only service that I pay directly through Visa; everything else is paid through my bank or my wallet. So for me to ever make a call again, I had to start that new card up at Stray Talk billing. So I did and the '67' vanished. Then I got a bunch of calls from people wondering where the ... have I been and why the ... haven't I answered all those calls?!

I'm still trying to figure out where my mistake is in that mess.

Did you update your card with Stray Talk? If you were using one card, but then changed to a new one then the above should of happened right?

I should've mentioned that I was paying that automatically so I could ignore it. So when the old Visa card died, my payments died with it. And also, by the way, my phone has no SIM card.
