my PC is not recognizing Galaxy S2

Hello there,
I'm new guy in town but the main issue am here my PC is not recognizing Galaxy S2 ,actualy it does but in useless way it shows like "your GT-I9100 camera is ready and there's bunch of empty folders and that's it on some of other pcs problem remains on some it opens normaly even without any Kies installing so can anyone advise something smart

do I have to install Kies or something on my PC in order to explore my Samsung but probably there's some settings on PC autorun ?
