My Pendo Pad keeps crashing

Hi Can anyone please help me. When I turn on my pendo pad it all goes fine until it gets to the main screen. Then I get a message::

The process androidacore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Force close

I press Force close and it just keeps saying the same message. I can't use any apps at all. it wont let me.

Can someone please help me
