i'm just installed app on my phone..then suddenly my phone going blank and it cannot turn on. how to solve?

It may not be related to the app, but it would have been useful to know what the app was.
Pull the battery out (or press and hold the power button for say 15 seconds if it doesn't have a removable battery - if that doesn't work, post again and tell us what phone you have). Leave it without the battery for a minute or two, then re-insert and see whether it will boot now.
If that doesn't do it, and you are not rooted, you can try wiping the cache partition, or if that isn't enough a factory reset (but that wipes all apps and their data, including contacts, messages etc, so leave that for last). To do this you'll need to get into your phone's recovery mode - this usually involves rebooting while pressing some combination of buttons, but which combination depends on the phone. So if you need to do this you should be able to find out using a web search, or else post again here and tell us what phone you have.
