My phone does not produce sound but when I plugged earphones there is a sound

Maybe you have seperate volume controls for speaker and headphones. I'm not familiar with your phone but it should be in "Settings" somewhere?

I'll have to check our notes...
If you have no sound maybe it is a hardware issue.
Take it to your carrier and have them check it out

You are in silent mode. Turn that off.
