my phone got dropped in water and the white strip on my batterybattery turnrd pink

My phone got dropped in water j dried it in rice phone works now but white strip on battery is pink and it over heats

How long was it in rice for? You're recommended to so it for at least 48 hours.

I'd see about getting a new battery, of it's overheating, that can be a very bad thing!
