My phone is doing weird stuff

Hello everyone,

My Moto G play just stared to do weird stuff, it started to play a really creepy music that I didn't even have on my phone. I never download a hacked app and my phone have not been rooted. Can I solve the problem without reseting all the phone?

Some times not even a format reset will fix those kind of issues with vicious resistant pathogen agents..most guys here on the forum would suggest you to find your correct firmware and flash it..

My guess is you visited a website that pushes ads that autoplay ... or maybe an app that does the same. The first thing I'd do is open up Chrome (or whatever browser you are using) and clear the cache and history. Then if you can think of any recently installed apps or games and post them here we can check out if they are ad-supported.

Frankly I doubt it's malware if you've never rooted, enabled apps from other sources or installed apk's.
