Help my phone is hard brick

my phone can't turn on.not up new rom,black screen,not recovery mode,but downloading mode still active.
i don't writed english.
help.

as long as you can asses to downloading mode. you can flash it with odin.

first of all, i m chinese and i no a good chinesw forum. second , cn you tell me step by step what you have done so far. and which rom areyou try to flash.

yes.if hold volume down + call +end>>>. ...but not recovery mode.
if volume down + ok + end >>>downloading mode.
I try to flash the rom : 1.5 stock,1.6stock but not turn on.
if charging >>>icon battery blink.
