My phone is on "DoWNLOAD MODE" ?!! &' don't what to do !???

My phone fell into the water , I quickly pick it and dryed it ; but then my phone started acting wierd , it started to call people , go to my apps , get in YouTube , with out me doing it ??? So I decided to take the battery out and blow on it , I then put back and pressed power ; but the screen popped and said "DOWNLOAD MODE " what do I do ??? Help please

The best thing you could do is leave it off. The more you have it turned on while there is still water inside the more chance there is for damage. Take the battery cover off, the battery out, and let it sit in a bag of rice for a couple of days.
